RLE Law has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join the accounts team. This role would be suitable for candidates with previous experience working within law firms.

Job Description
- Processing and assisting with Conveyancing completions;
- Maintaining the company purchase ledger;
- Raising sales invoices;
- Credit Control;
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers;
- Posting of disbursements, including counsel and expert fees;
- Processing expense requests;
- Processing and posting for all client and office account payments and ensuring CHAPS, BACS and cheque requests are administered;
- Cashiering, banking, and raising ad hoc cheques;
- Processing all client account receipts;
- Banks reconciliation;
- Cash book maintenance;
- Maintenance of the Key Dates Diary;
- Assisting with SRA Accounts Rules audit;
- Assisting with Legal Aid Billing;
- Provision of general administration assistance to the firm.
Applicant Criteria
- The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload;
- Have excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Expertise of the Solicitors Accounts Rules;
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
