Data Input Assistant/File Opener

We have a vacancy for a Data Input Assistant/File Opener to start immediately, based at our Bridgend Office, dealing with all new business across the firm.

Job Description
In this role you will be assisting each of our departments with opening files for new matters.  The position will also include covering reception at our Bridgend office. 
 
The main responsibilities of the role include:

• File creation using our Case Management System
• Undertaking AML identify checks for new clients
• File closing using our case management System

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent accuracy skills and good attention to detail
• Have the ability to problem solve
• IT Literacy in Word
