RLE Law is a progressive and growing firm with an excellent new opportunity for Accounts Assistant. This role would be suitable for an AAT or similar qualified individual or someone working towards ATT or a similar qualification. Alternatively, applications from candidates with appropriate accounts experience will be considered.

The position is based in our Accounts Department in Bridgend and we will consider both Part-Time and Full-Time applicants.

The Role:

  • Assisting with Conveyancing completions;
  • Administration of the purchase ledger and dealing with suppliers;
  • Credit Control;Invoice processing;
  • Processing expense requests;
  • Cash book maintenance;
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledger;
  • Banks reconciliation;
  • Raising sales invoices;
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers;
  • Basic administration;
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation;

The Person:

  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy;
  • Be able to organise your own workload;
  • Have excellent analytical and communication skills
