Accounts Assistant
RLE Law is a progressive and growing firm with an excellent new opportunity for Accounts Assistant. This role would be suitable for an AAT or similar qualified individual or someone working towards ATT or a similar qualification. Alternatively, applications from candidates with appropriate accounts experience will be considered.
The position is based in our Accounts Department in Bridgend and we will consider both Part-Time and Full-Time applicants.
The Role:
- Assisting with Conveyancing completions;
- Administration of the purchase ledger and dealing with suppliers;
- Credit Control;Invoice processing;
- Processing expense requests;
- Cash book maintenance;
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledger;
- Banks reconciliation;
- Raising sales invoices;
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers;
- Basic administration;
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation;
The Person:
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy;
- Be able to organise your own workload;
- Have excellent analytical and communication skills
