Elderly Client and Disabled facilities

RLE Law is committed to making our services as accessible as possible to all our clients. As such we have moved offices which are easily accessible for those who have mobility problems. Our offices are on the ground floor and there is a loading bay directly outside our offices which is convenient for drop-offs and collections – those with a mobility badge are able to park outside.

We are also committed to ensuring that our facilities and services are used friendly by providing high backed chairs. We also encourage feedback from our clients as to how we can improve these facilities.

For those clients who have eyesight problems, we are able to provide letters by using different fonts or coloured paper so as to be more visible.

We appreciate that despite all our efforts, some clients will be unable to visit our offices. We are therefore happy to arrange a home visit. We hope that you find your experience as comfortable as possible!
